1. COPYRIGHTS PRIVILEGES AGREEMENT

PLEASE KEEP THIS PAGE WITH YOUR ITEM TO REFER BACK TO

Upon receipt of payment for purchased item(s) and compliance to the Copyright Privileges Agreement, Christian Media Association(sm), Inc. grants only the Purchaser (Christian Church or Ministry, not individual) non-exclusive rights to the Video clips/images/loopables to be used for the benefit of the purchaser only, for as long as they desire.

Ø Video clips/images/loopables, can only be used for spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ/building up of the saints.

Ø The video clips/images/loopables cannot be sold, resold, exchanged, loaned out or given away by the purchaser to another organization, church, ministry or individual in its original form (in whole or in part).

Ø The video clips/images/loopables purchased may be incorporated into many different worship services, musicals, plays, or messages by the purchaser only (Christian Ministry or Church Only), but cannot be sold.

Ø Video clips/images can be used by the Purchaser for editing, various ministry projects or broadcast unless otherwise stated below, under Restrictions. Some videos cannot be used for broadcast. See list below.

Ø Thus the Video clips/images/loopables cannot be used for Commercial use of any type.

Ø The music (if included) on the videos can only be used in conjunction with the video as a whole. The videos CAN be used without the music. The music cannot be edited or sold/resold.

Ø The video clips/images/loopables cannot be used in any form to tear down/slander/defame Christians, the nation of Israel, or be used in an anti-Patriotic/USA manner.

Ø Unauthorized use of video clips/images/loopables is a violation of copyright laws.

Ø Credit should be given to www.ChristianMedia.org, whenever possible.

Ø Some of the video clips/images sold by the Christian Media Association may have special restrictions as listed below.

Special Restrictions:

Special restrictions pertaining to any Movie Clips:

Can only be used for Christian Church Services, Messages, Small Group Discussions and Youth Groups.

Cannot be used for editing, broadcast, or for commercial use of any type.

Special restrictions pertaining to the "Messiah" Video or "Messiah - Expanded Version" Video Clips:

Cannot be used for national broadcast, without permission and a fee. Can be used for local church broadcast.

Special restrictions pertaining to the "Jesus Crucifixion Scenes" Video Clips:

Cannot be used for commercial use of any form or type. For use in live non-broadcast or non-video taped

worship services. Can be used for local church broadcast with permission and for a small additional fee.

Special restrictions pertaining to the "Tribute to The US Armed Forces" Video Clips:

Can only be used to honor the US Armed Forces or for Patriotic Services.

Cannot be used for Commercial use of any form or type.

Special restrictions pertaining to the "Flashlight Films" Products:

Please read the description of the item on the web for use rights.

Special restrictions pertaining to the "Jamestown/Fort Story" Clips:

Can only be used for Patriotic or Christian Heritage Services, Messages.

Cannot be used for broadcast, or for commercial use of any type.

Ø The Movie Clips cannot be used in any anti-Christian, anti-Israel manner.

Ø Unauthorized use of Movie Clips is a violation of copyright laws.

Ø Credit should be given to www.ChristianMedia.org, whenever possible.

3. Return/Exchange Policy

• RETURNS - REFUNDS - EXCHANGES - CREDITS •

Shippable Items
The CMA must be notified of your return within 15 days of receipt of your items and the items must be returned in new condition for a Refund. No refunds will be made after 2-weeks of receipt of videos/cds/dvds. After 15 days from when you have received the items, the CMA can give you a credit to your account to use in the future or you can exchange an item within 30 days of your Purchase Date. All items can be sampled.
